We selected this coffee from Fazenda Agropesg for its exceptional clarity, balance, and vibrancy. It’s a cup that feels alive—bright citrus notes meet a mellow, grounding body, all wrapped in a complex, lingering sweetness. We taste lemon-lime, panela sugar, peanut butter, and the warmth of morning light. It’s a reminder of why we fell in love with coffee in the first place.
About the Farm:
Fazenda Agropesg was founded in 1974 by Ernesto Yamamoto to grow coffee, corn, soy, and wheat, but in 1997 the farm began to shift more of its focus to coffee. In 2021, Ernesto's son, Cassio moved back to the farm and began to oversee its specialty coffee production. In 2022, they brought on Karolyn and Fermando to oversee, respectively, coffee operations and quality and agronomy. They're continuing to improve their production, investing in additional plots and implementing processing improvements.
