When I think back to childhood, I remember the taste of strawberry jam and peanut butter — a pairing that always seemed to show up right before something fun: a hike, a day off, a field trip. That simple flavor combo meant fun was ahead.
We wanted to capture that feeling, the brightness of berries the richness of peanut butter, in a cup of coffee. So we blended natural process Brazilian and Ethiopian beans to create something vibrant and grounding.
 
Ephemeral is a nod to memory, to movement, to sweetness that doesn’t need to last forever to matter.
